We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items are returnable?

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returns without a receipt may be refused
  • Only items purchased directly from www.Chunhee.group are accepted
  • Items must be unused and in the condition they were received
  • Items with stains, broken seals, or damaged packaging will not be accepted
  • Personalized items and personal care goods are non-refundable

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

If you've received a faulty or wrong product, please contact our Customer Support at support@chunhee.group and include the following:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo or video of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact phone number or email

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How long does the return process take?

Returns may take up to 14 business days from receipt. We will email you once your return has been processed.

Refunds:

  • Full refund for defective products
  • Non-defective returns exclude shipping and handling fees

How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@chunhee.group with your order number and requested changes. We'll confirm if the modification is possible.

Orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.

If you haven't received your refund:
