Yes, only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported.5GHz networks cannot be connected.
Is there a charge for mobile notifications?
There is no charge for app notifications.However, a subscription fee will be charged for SMS or phone notifications.
Is it easy to install and set up?
Yes.It is very easy to install.Simply plug the receiver into a location within 33 feet of the router and place the sensor within 100 feet of the receiver.Follow the instructions in the manual to connect the app, and it is very easy to set up.
Are the chime and volume adjustable?
Yes. There are 20 ringtones and 5 volume levels( 0-110dB.) You can also set the ringing time and delay time for each sensor separately.
